This is a plain-language notice for the current launch stage. The principle is simple: receive only what the work requires, explain why, and protect what is entrusted.

This notice covers the Concept of I website, commission applications, project communications, Student Rate verification, and privacy requests. Concept of I is independently operated by Zhang Renenwei (Ivy Zhang).
本说明适用于 Concept of I 网站、委托申请、项目沟通、Student Rate 身份核验与隐私请求。Concept of I 由 Zhang Renenwei（Ivy Zhang）以个人身份独立运营。
When you submit a commission application, the information entered is securely recorded in the shared My I / I Studio operational database and assigned a reference number. We receive your name, email, selected Concept, application reflection, response preference, any meaningful date and Student Rate request you choose to provide, together with limited technical data used to prevent misuse. Accepted commissions may later require inquiry responses, reference materials, billing details, and project correspondence.
提交委托申请时，你填写的信息会被安全记录至 My I / I Studio 共用的运营数据库，并生成申请编号。我们会收到你提供的称呼、邮箱、所选 Concept、申请说明、回答偏好、具有意义的时间，以及你主动提出的 Student Rate 申请；同时会处理用于防止滥用的有限技术信息。接受委托后，可能进一步需要问询回答、参考材料、开票信息与项目沟通记录。
Information is used to assess fit, define scope, communicate, deliver the commissioned work, administer payment and supported access, protect rights, and meet necessary legal or operational obligations. It is not sold, rented, or used for unrelated advertising.
信息仅用于判断适配度、明确范围、沟通、完成委托、处理付款与支持资格、保护相关权利，以及履行必要的法律或运营义务。我们不会出售、出租信息，也不会将其用于无关广告。
Request only what is necessary to confirm current student status. Where possible, unnecessary identifiers may be covered. Verification material is not used to evaluate the quality of an application and is not retained longer than needed for the eligibility decision and related recordkeeping.
仅要求用于确认当前学生身份所必需的信息；在可行情况下，可以遮盖不必要的识别信息。核验材料不会用于评价申请质量，也不会在资格判断及相关记录所需期限之外继续保留。
Applications, inquiry responses, Concepts, drafts, and project communications are private by default. A name, image, quotation, or case study is never published merely because a commission was completed. Separate, specific permission is required, and declining permission never affects the commission.
申请、问询回答、Concept、草稿与项目沟通默认按私人内容处理。完成委托并不代表姓名、图像、引文或案例可以被公开；任何公开使用都需要另行取得具体、明确的许可，拒绝授权不会影响委托。
A selected final Business Concept developed for one client is not sold, licensed, or repackaged for another client. This does not prevent independent work involving general methods, public research, broad themes, industry conventions, or commonplace business principles. Client-specific material, synthesis, expression, and final direction remain protected according to the accepted proposal.
为一位顾客形成并确定的最终 Business Concept，不会被出售、授权或重新包装给其他顾客。这不妨碍一般方法、公开研究、广泛主题、行业惯例或常见商业原则在独立工作中的使用；顾客专属材料、具体整合、表达与最终方向，将依照被接受的书面方案受到保护。
Email, website hosting, document, payment, and communication providers may process limited information only where required to operate the service. Reasonable access controls, account security, and data minimisation are used; no online system can promise absolute security. Commission material is not used to train a public-facing Concept of I model.
邮箱、网站托管、文档、付款与沟通服务商可能在提供服务所必需的范围内处理有限信息。我们采用合理的访问控制、账户安全与数据最小化措施，但任何在线系统都无法承诺绝对安全。委托材料不会被用于训练面向公众的 Concept of I 模型。
Application records are normally retained for up to 12 months after the last application contact, so we can communicate, understand a later return and prevent misuse. If a commission proceeds, relevant project, contract, payment and rights records are retained only as reasonably required for delivery, accounting, dispute prevention or legal obligations. You may request access, correction, deletion or withdrawal of consent; some records may still need to be retained where legally or contractually necessary.
申请资料通常自最后一次申请联系起最多保留 12 个月，用于沟通、理解日后的再次申请与防止滥用。若进入委托，相关项目、合同、付款与权利记录仅在交付、会计、争议预防或法律义务合理所需范围内保留。你可以请求访问、更正、删除信息或撤回同意；在法律或合同确有需要时，部分记录仍可能需要保留。
