Every accepted client receives a commission-specific written proposal before payment. It is designed to make scope, timing, payment, privacy, rights, and change routes visible—not buried in fine print.
每位获邀顾客都会在付款前收到具体书面方案，清楚呈现范围、时间、付款、隐私、权利与变更路径，而不是将重要条件隐藏在小字中。
Submitting an application is free, creates no purchase obligation, and does not guarantee acceptance. Capacity, fit, timing, and scope are reviewed personally. A commission begins only after both sides accept the written proposal and the required initial payment is received.
提交申请免费，不产生购买义务，也不保证一定接受。我们会亲自审核容量、适配度、时间与范围；只有双方接受书面方案并收到约定启动款后，委托才正式开始。
The proposal defines the commission type, deliverables, timeline, and exclusions. Three considered directions may be developed for alignment; one selected core direction is then refined into the final Concept Book. The other directions remain part of the process record, not three complete final Concepts.
书面方案会明确委托类型、交付、时间与排除事项。方向确认阶段可能形成三个有依据的方向，随后选择其中一个核心方向深化为最终 Concept Book；其余方向属于过程记录，并不等同于三个完整最终 Concept。
The standard arrangement is 60% at confirmation and 40% before final release. Full payment at confirmation is also available and includes one written Concept Continuity Check-in within 30 days after delivery, limited to three related questions and a concise bilingual response. Core commission quality and rights are identical under both payment arrangements.
标准付款方式为确认委托时支付 60%，最终作品正式交付前支付剩余 40%。也可以在确认时一次性全款，并获得交付后 30 天内一次 Concept 延续书面回访，限最多三个相关问题与简洁双语回应。两种付款方式的核心质量与委托权益完全相同。
The working period begins after the proposal is accepted, the required payment is received, and requested starting material is complete. Dates depend on timely client responses. A pause or delayed response may move the schedule to the next realistic opening; any change is explained before the project calendar is revised.
工作周期自书面方案被接受、收到约定款项且所需启动材料完整后开始。交付时间依赖顾客按时回应；暂停或延迟回复可能使项目顺延至下一个实际可行档期，调整前会先说明影响。
One consolidated revision is included when submitted within the stated review window. It covers factual correction, clarity, and justified refinement. Replacing an agreed direction without material new information, additional research, new deliverables, or further revision rounds is new work and is quoted separately before it begins.
在约定反馈期限内提交的一轮集中修订包含事实修正、表达澄清与有依据的调整。在缺乏实质新信息时推翻已确认方向、增加研究、增加交付或新增修订轮次，均属于新增工作，并会在开始前另行报价。
Priority is application-and-review only, requires a meaningful deadline, and carries the stated additional fee if accepted. Paying more never guarantees acceptance. Founder Dialogue is optional, separately priced, and subject to limited founder capacity. A standard commission remains complete without it.
Priority 仅限申请审核，并需存在具有实际意义的时间节点；通过后按所示标准收取附加费用，加价不代表一定接受。创始人对谈属于可选、独立计价服务，并受创始人有限容量影响；不购买对谈不影响标准委托的完整性。
Student Rate provides the same standard of work, subject to limited supported capacity and current-status verification. It cannot be combined with Priority. Introduction benefits apply only when the stated eligibility conditions are met; their confirmed form may be an available Object, credit, or fee consideration, never cash or a public discount code.
Student Rate 提供完全相同的作品标准，但受有限支持容量与当前学生身份核验约束，且不能与 Priority 叠加。介绍礼遇仅在符合所示资格条件时适用；确认形式可为已有可提供的 Object、额度或费用礼遇，不可兑换现金，也不构成公开折扣码。
Because each accepted commission reserves limited capacity and begins bespoke work, cancellation and any refundable amount depend on the completed stage, committed costs, and the accepted proposal. No cancellation term is hidden: the exact rule is confirmed in writing before payment. If Concept of I cannot complete an accepted commission, the undelivered portion is refunded or another written resolution is agreed.
每项已接受委托都会占用有限容量并启动定制工作，因此取消及可退金额取决于已完成阶段、已发生费用与被接受的书面方案。取消规则不会隐藏，确切安排会在付款前书面确认。若 Concept of I 无法完成已接受委托，将退还未交付部分对应款项，或双方另行书面确认解决方式。
You retain rights in material you provide and confirm that you are entitled to share it. Concept of I retains its pre-existing methods, templates, systems, brand assets, and general know-how. The accepted proposal states the licence or ownership granted for the final commissioned work. Source files, raw research, internal notes, and unused directions are not included unless stated.
你保留对所提供材料的权利，并确认有权分享这些材料。Concept of I 保留其既有方法、模板、系统、品牌资产与一般知识。最终委托作品授予的许可或权属以被接受的书面方案为准；源文件、原始研究、内部笔记与未采用方向默认不包含在交付中，除非另有说明。
Commission information and completed work are private by default. Public use of a name, image, quotation, or case requires separate, specific permission. Permission may be declined without affecting the commission.
委托信息与完成作品默认保密。公开使用姓名、图像、引文或案例需要另行取得具体许可；拒绝授权不会影响委托本身。
A selected final Business Concept developed for a client is not sold, licensed, or repackaged for another client. General methods, public research, broad themes, industry conventions, and commonplace business principles remain available for independent work. The accepted proposal defines the rights in the client-specific synthesis, expression, and final direction.
为一位顾客形成并确定的最终 Business Concept，不会被出售、授权或重新包装给其他顾客。一般方法、公开研究、广泛主题、行业惯例与常见商业原则仍可用于彼此独立的工作；顾客专属整合、表达与最终方向的权利，以被接受的书面方案为准。
These terms describe the current standard framework. The accepted proposal controls commission-specific scope, price, dates, payment currency, cancellation treatment, rights, and optional services. No new fee or promise arises from an informal conversation alone.
本条款说明当前标准框架。具体委托的范围、价格、日期、付款币种、取消处理、权利与可选服务以被接受的书面方案为准；非正式沟通本身不会自动产生新增费用或承诺。
