When application access opens, every application will be reviewed personally. We will consider the question to develop and whether the project aligns with our method, capabilities, time and values. Business applications will receive a more exacting review.

No reference number, response time or customer workflow is promised while the secure path is being prepared. Selection will never consider protected identity; any future decision concerns only fit, readiness, capacity, resources and creative direction.

When the questions, readiness, direction and present capacity align, we may invite you to an initial conversation or prepare a scope and proposal. You remain free to decide whether to continue.

The work may be well suited while the present period is full—or the questions may benefit from more time. We can indicate a more realistic moment for returning, without creating an obligation.

Not every application leads directly to a commission. Where genuinely useful, we may gently suggest Editorial, Gallery or I Membership—and welcome a future application when the time feels right. This is not a judgement of personal worth or level.

Application material is used only to review fit, communicate the outcome, prevent misuse and, if a commission proceeds, prepare its scope. It is normally retained for up to 12 months after the last application contact, unless a shorter deletion request can be honoured or a longer period is required for legal, security or active-project records.
